Most orders from eSolarShop ship within one or two business days from when your order is placed. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. You will receive regular order updates via email and your account. 

Some products may ship directly from our partners. These shipments may take longer to process and arrive.

We are proud to begin offering free local pickup or deliver from eSolarShop, SolarCorp, and SolarCorp Partner locations across Canada on all orders of $500 or more.

On the checkout page, simply select “local pickup” as your shipping method. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you and schedule a time for pickup or delivery.

As we continue to expand this service, it will become available in more locations. Currently, you can VISIT THIS PAGE to see where it is available. 

eSolarShop is a part of SolarCorp, one of Canada’s leading rooftop residential solar installers. Although we do not offer installation services directly, customers looking to go solar are welcome to request a free, no obligation quote and consultation at SolarCorp.ca.

When a product is on back-order this means that it is currently out-of-stock at all eSolarShop warehouses, including our distribution or manufacturer partners but will be available again soon. If you place an order for a backordered product, you will receive an estimated shipment date via email. 

When you order products for local pick-up or delivery, they are prepared for your arrival. 

If all products are in-stock at your location, they will usually be ready within 2 to 3 business days. If they are available from another location, we will ship them (free of charge) to your local eSolarShop or SolarCorp warehouse, and they will be available as soon as they arrive (usually within 1 week of placing your order).
